This policy explains what data Sambl ("we", "us") collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and honest — no walls of legalese.
Who we are
Sambl is a design-to-code alignment system — a UI kit, design token repo, and configuration tools for product teams.
Sambl is operated by "Blockchain Data" LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic (Registration No. 312867-3301-OOO, Tax ID 03101202510037). Address: C0023, 30, 10 Microdistrict, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

- The waitlist hosted on that website

What we collect and why
We do not use any other analytics, tracking pixels, heatmaps, or retargeting tools.
When you join the waitlist
- Email address — so we can notify you about Sambl's launch and product updates. This is the only thing we ask you to type in.
- Source tag — which page or button you signed up from (e.g. "landing", "footer"). This helps us understand what's working.
- IP address (hashed) — we hash your IP with a one-way salt immediately on receipt. We never store your raw IP. The hash is used solely to prevent abuse (rate limiting duplicate signups).
- User agent string — your browser identifier, stored alongside your signup for debugging purposes.
- Timestamp — when you signed up.
When you browse the site
- Vercel Analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data. No cookies are set. No personally identifiable information is collected. See for details.
- Vercel Speed Insights — measures page load performance. Also anonymous and cookieless.
When you interact with our Figma Community file
When you like or duplicate our UI kit on Figma Community, Figma notifies us with your Figma profile name and the action you took.
We use this only to understand adoption of the kit. We do not store this data in our own systems — it stays within Figma's platform. Figma's governs how your data is handled there.
When you use our GitHub repo
Our design token repository is hosted on GitHub. We do not receive personal data about people who clone, fork, or star the repo. GitHub's applies.
What we do NOT collect
We don't use tracking cookies. We don't run retargeting pixels. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. We don't collect payment information (there's nothing to buy yet).
How we use your data
We will never sell your email to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.
- Confirm your waitlist signup.
- Send you product updates about Sambl (launch, early access, major milestones).
- Nothing else.
