Sambl is a design-to-code alignment system — a UI kit, design token repository, and configuration tools for product teams.

Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymized, aggregated website statistics without using cookies. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Vercel Speed Insights collects technical performance measurements, including Core Web Vitals, so we can monitor and improve website performance.

We do not configure custom analytics events containing waitlist email addresses. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or heatmaps.

The website currently shows an on-screen confirmation after a successful waitlist submission. We do not currently send a confirmation email or regular product emails.

We may introduce launch, early-access, or product emails later. Before doing so, we will implement the consent and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law and update this policy where necessary.

These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their own terms and privacy documentation govern their processing as service providers.

The production waitlist does not currently send signup data to an external notification webhook. If that changes, we will review the recipient and update this policy before relying on it. We do not sell personal information.

We retain the main waitlist record until you request deletion or until we discontinue the waitlist. Support messages are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Waitlist deletion is currently handled manually. A verified request covers the main waitlist record and rate-limiting records that can be directly and reliably identified from the submitted email address and the hashed IP stored with that main record.

Some standalone IP-keyed abuse-prevention events cannot always be reliably linked to an email address, including events created by later attempts from a different IP address. Those events may therefore not be identifiable from an email-only deletion request. They are not used for marketing or profiling.

Limited information may remain where retention is required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or necessary for security and fraud prevention. We do not use retained information for unrelated purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email hi@sambl.ai from the address associated with your waitlist entry. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sambl does not set a fixed minimum age for visiting the website or joining the waitlist. If you do not have legal capacity to provide your information under the law where you live, you should do so only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor submitted information without the authorization required by applicable law, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Sambl, our data practices, or applicable requirements. We will publish the updated policy on this page and change the Last updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
