User Agreement

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This User Agreement explains the rules for accessing and using Sambl's website, waitlist, resources, and Free Alpha.

Who provides Sambl

Sambl is operated by "Blockchain Data" LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic under Registration No. 312867-3301-OOO. Registered address: C0023, 30, 10 Microdistrict, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

These terms apply to sambl.ai, the Sambl waitlist, Sambl resources made available through the website, and Free Alpha when access is offered.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using a Sambl service, you agree to these terms. Joining the waitlist only records your interest in Sambl; it does not guarantee admission to Free Alpha, create a paid subscription, or require payment.

Sambl does not set a fixed minimum age. If you do not have legal capacity to enter into these terms under the law where you live, you may use Sambl only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Current service and pricing

Free Alpha is $0/month and coming soon. Sambl does not currently accept payments or offer paid plans through this website. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

If Sambl introduces paid products or plans, we will publish the applicable price, billing period, included features, payment timing, and payment, cancellation, and refund terms before a purchase is made. Those future terms will apply prospectively and will not turn an earlier waitlist signup into a paid order.

Accounts and connected services

Some Sambl features may require an account or may let you connect a third-party service, such as Figma. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and reviewing the permissions shown before authorizing a connection.

A connected service remains governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Sambl does not control that service and cannot guarantee its continued availability. We will use connected-service access only to provide the Sambl functions you request, as described in the applicable product interface and Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use Sambl in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections.
  • Interfere with Sambl, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or authorization to use an account, workspace, file, or connected service.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute Sambl materials except as permitted by their applicable license or by written permission.

Ownership and materials you provide

Sambl and its licensors retain their rights in the Sambl service, branding, documentation, and materials. Separate open-source, community, or third-party materials remain governed by their stated licenses.

You retain your rights in materials you submit or connect to Sambl. You give Sambl a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, process, reproduce, and transform those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the functions you request. This permission ends when the material is deleted from the service, except for limited copies that must be retained by law or in secure backups for a reasonable period.

Service changes and suspension

Sambl is under active development. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material change that negatively affects an available service.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, suspected abuse, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Service availability and consumer rights

Sambl is provided on an as-available basis while the service is being developed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will meet every particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If these terms conflict with a mandatory rule of applicable law, that rule applies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sambl is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or harm for which applicable law does not permit an exclusion. No fixed monetary liability cap applies under these terms.

Ending use

You may stop using Sambl at any time. You may request deletion of information associated with your waitlist entry as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion options for an available product are described in that product.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you under other applicable law. If a concern arises, you may contact hi@sambl.ai, and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

This informal process is optional. It does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, using an available court or regulator, or exercising a right that cannot be restricted by contract. These terms do not impose an exclusive forum where applicable law gives you another forum.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sambl changes. We will publish the updated version and change the Last updated date. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where required by law.
